About Precept
Precept Ministries International’s mission is to establish people in God’s Word. Our vision is that people would live as exemplary followers of Jesus Christ, studying the Bible Inductively, viewing the world biblically, making disciples intentionally, and serving the church faithfully in the power of the Holy Spirit.

About Inductive Bible Study
In Inductive Bible study, we spend personal time observing Scripture, and using sound principles of interpretation, understanding what the Scripture means. Then we make personal application. When we understand what God says and apply it to our own lives, we are forever changed. 

About Precept Upon Precept
Precept Upon Precept is our most in-depth Inductive study of the Bible. While studying alone is valuable, because learning is greatly enhanced in group study as others share what the Lord has shown them, we strongly encourage both personal study time and participation in a Precept Upon Precept Bible Study group. These groups are led by a trained leader, and in the group, participants discuss each week’s lessons and application of biblical truth. Each study includes optional teaching to deepen students’ understanding of the selected scripture and Biblical concepts.

Training Opportunities
Are you ready to mine the treasure of the Bible for yourself? Precept Inductive Bible Study Training Workshops are offered around the country in 1-day and 2-day formats. Attend one of our scheduled workshops or request a workshop in your area.

Become a Precept Leader
Do you desire to disciple others through group Bible study? Our “How to Lead ‘Precept Upon Precept’ Bible Studies” equips individuals to lead "Precept Upon Precept" discussions, develop effective discussion plans which lead to application, and adequately prepare your students to continue in their study. Attend one of our scheduled workshops or request a workshop in your area.
