  • Day 1 Tuesday
    Depart USA
  • Day 2 Wednesday
    Arrive Ben Gurion Airport, Tel Aviv. Board bus for transfer to Gai Beach Hotel in Tiberias. Dinner and early to bed.
  • Day 3 Thursday
    Chorazin, Tel Dan, Caesarea Philippi, The Golan Heights
  • Day 4 Friday
    Caesarea by the Sea, Mt. Carmel
  • Day 5 Saturday
    Megiddo, Baptisms in Jordan River
  • Day 6 Sunday
    Capernaum, Mount of Beatitudes, Sea of Galilee.
  • Day 7 Monday
    Travel up to Jerusalem (Beth Shean en route). Check-in at Jerusalem Hotel.
  • Days 8 Tuesday
    Sites in Old City of Jerusalem: Broad Wall, tours of the tunnel at the Western Wall of the Temple Mount, Pool of Bethesda
  • Day 9 Wednesday
    Free time in Jerusalem
  • Day 10 Thursday
    Masada, Dead Sea, and Qumran
  • Day 11 Friday
  • Sites in the Old City of Jersusalem: Arab Market, Herodian Quarter, Praetoruim, City of David, Garden of Gethsemane
  • Day 12 Saturday
    Caiaphas's House, Garden Tomb. Yad Vashem (Holocaust Memorial) (this could be on a different day depending on appointment availability.)
  • Day 13 Sunday
    Complete sites in Jerusalem. Bus to airport for return flight to US.
  • Day 14 Monday
    Those returning home: Board flight for return to US.

Tentative Itinerary for Petra Extension 

  • Day 14 Monday
    Hotel check-out, bus to Petra, Ben Gurion's Kibbutz, Wilderness of Zin, Border crossing into Jordan. Overnight Aqaba.

  • Day 15 Tuesday
    Bus to Petra, late lunch in Petra, Overnight in Aqaba.

  • Days 16 Wednesday
    Leisure morning, travel back to Jerusalem, lunch at Yotvata, dinner at Abu Gosh, bus to Ben Gurion airport for return to U.S.

Tour Conditions

PRICE
Prices quoted are in US dollars and are based on fares and costs in effect at the time of publication. Whenever possible, Precept Ministries International obtains price guarantees from suppliers. However, depending upon the strength of the US dollar and the fluctuating nature of oil, gas and other costs, published rates are subject to change without notice.  No discounts or special offers are available on Precept Ministries' Tours.

TRANSPORTATION
Economy class air round trip from East Coast international gateway city.

DEVIATIONS
A change in the departure/return date from the group itinerary is not permitted.

HOTELS
Luxury hotels. Price based on two persons sharing a twin-bedded room. 

MEALS
Breakfast, lunch and dinner daily for tour and Petra extension.

SIGHTSEEING
Local transportation via motor coach. The services of an Israeli guide and entrance fees are included.

TAXES/TIPS
Tips, airport taxes, fuel surcharges of $560 are included but subject to change until ticket is issued.

NOT INCLUDED
Food and beverages outside our scheduled meals (e.g. soft drinks); room service not usually included with regular meals; room service charges; accident/baggage insurance; luggage fees incurred by airlines.

NOTE: (Taxes/fuel surcharges may change without notice. Any increase will be billed to the passenger and must be paid prior to departure.) Traveler is responsible for any expedited shipping charges due to late receipt of registration/final payment.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.

 

PASSPORT
A passport with a 6-month validity past the tour return date is required and must be obtained in person by each tour member. No visas are required for Israel. Group visas are provided for those going on the Petra extension.

REGISTRATION & DEPOSIT
A deposit of $1,500 per person is required at the time of registration.


PAYMENTS
 
A deposit of $1,500 is due at time of booking.  An additional payment of $2,000 is due January 2, 2012. Full payment is due February 3, 2012. 

All payments should be made payable to PRECEPT MINISTRIES. 

 


Cancellation Policy 

Should you need to cancel:

  • Cancellations submitted prior to January 2, 2012 will result in forfeiting 50% of the required deposit amount as an administrative service fee
  • Cancellations between January 3, 2012 and March 3, 2012 will result in forfeiting the entire required deposit amount as an administrative service fee.
  • Cancellations after March 4, 2012 to the tour departure date will forfeit entire tour payment amount.

Transfer of your tour registration is available to another person and/or to another Precept Tour event. Any fees or penalties incurred by Precept due to a transfer will be charged to the transferred registrant.

These administrative service fees required for cancelling your tour with us cover administrative costs and non-refundable deposits made in advance for the tour. These fees would be valid reason for individually purchasing a Travel Insurance Policy that would cover emergency cancellations due to illness, death of a family member, loss of employment, etc. You may consider contacting Precept's Tour Registrar for more information regarding recommended companies.

Cancellations must be submitted and confirmed by Precept's Tour Registrar during regular business hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm (Eastern Time). Precept regrets we cannot make any exceptions to the policies above when a cancellation occurs.
