Kay Arthur is an International Bible teacher and four-time Gold Medallion award-winning author of over 100 books and Bible studies. She founded Precept Ministries International with her husband Jack in 1970 with the vision to establish people in God's Word. Today, Precept studies are in nearly 150 countries and 70 languages. As host of the NRB award winning Precepts for Life, a daily radio and TV program, Kay and Precept are teaching millions around the world how to discover Truth for themselves.

 Worship Leader

Alicia Williamson Garcia is a native of Florence, SC, and graduate of Winthrop College in Rock Hill, SC. For 6 years Alicia toured with the world-renowned group, TRUTH, where she matured as a songwriter and worship artist. In 2003 Alicia and her husband Richard founded IN Worship, a non-profit ministry of Worship Events, Concerts, Bible Studies, Seminars and Workshops, dedicated to bringing true worship to God's people, worldwide. Alicia is an artist, author, television host, Bible teacher and keynote speaker.

Schedule: 

• Friday, March 23rd:
  • Registration for the Special Pre-Conference Ministry Update* is from 2pm to 3pm.
  • Pre-Conference Ministry Update from 3pm to 5pm
  • Registration Check-in for Women's Conference is from 3pm to 5pm followed by dinner at 5pm and an evening session starting at 6:45pm
• Saturday, March 24th: Sessions are all day through the evening
• Sunday, March 25th: Morning Session. Conference ends at 1pm

*Special Pre-Conference Ministry Update (optional):
All Women's Conference attendees are also invited to a special pre-conference ministry update, Friday, March 23rd from 3:00 – 5:00pm. Check in for those attending this pre-conference gathering will begin at 2:00pm on Friday, March 23rd.

Due to the size of our Women's Conferences, we allow 2 different seating options as described below.  Please indicate during your registration where you would prefer to sit and we will do our best to seat you in that location!

Simulcast Seating for Main Sessions
View main session lectures in Precept's Simulcast Rooms which contain the following features and benefits:

• Exclusive "pop-in" visits from Kay and other Precept teaching staff
• Small-group atmosphere
• Comfortable seating with space to spread out your Bible and notebook
• Easy access to the book store and dining room
• Precept staff present in room to provide support and answer any questions you may have
• Fellowship with other believers as you learn together and are spiritually encouraged by the Word

Auditorium Seating for Main Sessions
View main sessions live in Precept's Auditorium which contain the following features and benefits:

• Live worship and lecture from main session speakers
• Large room, available to accommodate church groups and friends attending conference together
• Individual chairs with desk top for writing and taking notes
• Precept staff present to answer questions and guide you to book store and dining room
• Fellowship with other believers as you learn together and are spiritually encouraged by the Word

Policies

• Payment & Cancellation Policy - please note policy changes

  Precept Conferences are priced as a complete package to include conference, meals and optional housing.

  Payment Policy – Precept OnSite Conferences
  A deposit of $100 is due at time of booking. Full payment is due December 22, 2011 (90 days prior to event). If full payment is not received by December 22, 2011 (90 days prior to event), registrants forfeit their reserved space and will receive a full refund less a $50 handling fee.              

  Cancellation Policy – Precept Conferences
  Should you need to cancel,

  • Cancellations submitted December 22, 2011: Refund will be amount paid less $50.
  • Cancellations submitted December 23, 2011 through January 23, 2012: Refund will be amount paid less 50% of the total conference cost.
  • Cancellations after January 23, 2012: No refund after this date.
  • As an option to cancellation, you may transfer your registration for this event to another person, but not other Precept events.  It is your responsibility to find a replacement and to notify Precept Ministries of the name change.
  • Cancellations must be submitted and confirmed by Precept Ministries during regular business hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm (Eastern Time).  Due to the cost to the ministry, Precept regrets we cannot make any exceptions to the policies above when cancellation occurs.

   

• Video Taping & Photo Policy
  

  During this event, Precept will be videotaping, audio taping, and photographing. Most likely, you will be filmed, recorded or photographed as part of the audience or individually. By your attendance, you are granting your permission to be videotaped, audiotaped, or photographed for commercial purposes and agree to the following:  being recorded, filmed, videotaped, or photographed by any means; commercial or any other use of your likeness, voice and words without compensation; specifically waving all rights of privacy during the videotaping, filming, recording  or photographing and release Precept Ministries International from liability for loss, damage, or compensation from the commercial or other use of your likeness, image, voice or word; compliance with all rules and regulations of Precept for this event.
