MP3 files are delivered via a link immediately following your purchase and again in an email.

These links contain a compressed or ZIP file. ZIP files take less time to send or download. Your MP3 is an audio file that can be listened to on most MP3 players or personal computers.

Download Instructions The link below is for a compressed or ZIP file. ZIP files take less time to send or download. Most users will have no difficulty opening ZIP files (support is built into Windows XP and later, and Mac OS 10.3 and later). Simply click the link below; your browser will most likely try to save it to a default location. If you are prompted to “open” or “save”, ensure that the destination is “Desktop” and choose “save.” Once the file is saved to your computer, you may double-click on it and copy it to the location of your choice. You must download each MP3 within 48 hours of purchase. After 48 hours, the download will no longer be available.

It is taking too long to download my file(s).
Precept Upon Precept teaching is generally 1 hour long. As such, files can be large (several megabites). When using broadband, downloading can take 2-3 minutes (based on an average file size of 37mb). If your download is taking considerably longer, you may want to consider purchasing a CD of the lesson.

What happens if my connection to the internet is interrupted during a download?
Please attempt the download again. If you continue to have interruptions, you may need to purchase a hard copy (CD) of the file.

Why did my video download stop in the middle of playing?
The most frequent reason for this is that the video was not downloaded completely before it was played. To download the file again, return to your email download link.
