PASSPORT
A passport with a 6-month validity past the tour return date is required and must be obtained in person by each tour member. No visas are required for Israel.
REGISTRATION & DEPOSIT A deposit of $1,500 per person is required at the time of registration.
PAYMENTS
A deposit of $1,500 is due at time of booking. An additional payment of $2,000 is due January 10, 2011. Full payment is due February 9, 2011.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Should you need to cancel:
• Cancellations submitted prior to January 10, 2011 will result in forfeiting 50% of the required deposit amount as an administrative service fee.
• Cancellations between January 9, 2011 and March 11, 2011 prior to tour depature date will result in forfeiting the entire required deposit amount as an administrative service fee.
• Cancellations after March 12, 2011 to the tour depature date will forfeit entire tour payment amount.
Transfer of your tour registration is available to another person and/or to another Precept Tour event. Any fees or penalties incurred by Precept due to a transfer will be charged to the transferred registrant.
These administrative service fees required for cancelling your tour with us cover administrative costs and non-refundable deposits made in advance for the tour. These fees would be valid reason for individually purchaing a Travel Insurance Policy that would cover emergency cancellations due to illness, death of a family member, loss of employment, etc. You may consider contacting Precept's Tour Registrar for more information regarding recommended companies.
Cancellations must be submitted and confirmed by Precept’s Tour Registrar during regular business hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm (Eastern Time). Precept regrets we cannot make any exceptions to the policies above when a cancellation occures.
